Now, here's the thing. To get to me you have to go through an automated system. Which states at least 3 times WHO YOU ARE CALLING! I can understand some random Joe getting confused. But you? You are paid to listen and pay attention. If a random Joe doesn't pay attention (unless he's driving) he's probably only going to hurt himself. But you? If you don't pay attention, someone could go to the morgue.
